Tomato Soup,
Arroz con Leche from Nathan's CocinaWednesday: Nathan's Cuban Meatballs and Spaghetti, green salad, Warm
Homemade Applesauce with Vanilla Ice Cream

ReplyDeleteGrace, C'mon over!! You're always welcome at my house!! I will post recipes and/or links as soon as I can. Thanks so much for visiting!!
ReplyDeleteMmmmmm... everything looks good, I'm glad you've enjoyed some good Cuban food :)
ReplyDeleteSo how was the "Arroz Con Leche"?
P.S.
Your family is lucky to have a cook and foodie in the house like you :)
Hey, Nathan! Well, we can't live without our Cuban food fix at least once a week! LOL, everyone has been disappointed in Carmen's lately, the guys have been saying it's better when I cook it at home-- thanks to you, Nathan, I've learned so much from your fabulous blog!
ReplyDeleteDC says that the Arroz con Leche is his NEW FAVORITE DESSERT! I just made it tonight, it was AWESOME!!! Your grandma is a genius! I'm going to post about it soon. :)
I am so envious of your organization. Love your meal planning, must make your week run smoothly. It all sounds perfect!
ReplyDeleteIt's a constant struggle for me, Donna! I don't know why, but it usually takes me FOREVER to figure out the menus. It DOES make things go more smoothly than when I don't plan, and it's a good feeling knowing I've got what I need in the house. We only have 1 car, so running out for last minute ingredients is not usually an option, although DC (my Darlin' Companion) is always willing to pick up stuff on his way home. THANK YOU for stopping by!
ReplyDeleteCheers!
-Karen
